Here is card I was inspired to create by the Ice Storm I experience back in 2000. It is a fast and easy card but lovely at the same time. I used Branch Out and the colours in the card are Bordering Blue, Ruby Red and Chocolate Chip. I used Stampin'Up Heat & Stick powder to adhere Dazzeling Diamonds to the tree. I love things that sparkle! I used Ruby Red and Chocolate Stampin'Write to create my little dear robin in the tree.

Lovely Crystal Tree
One winter when I briefly lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I experienced my first ever Ice Storm. It wasn't pleasant at the time but the very next day it turned to be a clear blue sky sunny day. My son, Nathan, was only 3 years old at the time and of course wanted to go outside to check things out. Well, we stepped out into a crystal world. Everything was literally incased in ice. Even the smallest twig of a tree was separately incased in ice and everytime the wind blew through the trees it made the ice covered tree chime. I know that Ice Storms are and can be devasting but boy can it also be so very beautiful.
